CRÉÉ EN 2008, Allegria est le fruit d’une amitié franco-argentine entre la famille d’Aboville et la famille de la Mota : d’un côté la passion et l’enthousiasme d’une jeune famille à la tête d’une tribu de 5 enfants ; de l’autre l’un des plus grands œnologues argentins, Roberto de la Mota, créateur de Cheval des Andes et de la Bodega Mendel, reconnue par tous les fans du Malbec. Deux ans de recherche sur tout le pourtour méditerranéen mènent Ghislain et Delphine d’Aboville à s’installer en Languedoc, sur le terroir de Pézenas. Le vignoble de 9 hectares adossé au volcan des Baumes est le lieu de réalisation de ce rêve.
We spent over two years searching for the vineyard of our dreams, the one from which we would labour to produce our wine. Today is the day we’ve waited so long for, the result of our hard work - or rather the beginning of our adventure. We chose the name Allegria to reflect the spirit that guides this once in a lifetime project. Allegria is located close to Pézenas, a beautiful little town in the Languedoc region where 17th century mansions rival in number and beauty. We immediately fell in love with these hillside vineyards that overlook the entire valley from the foot of the Pyrenees Mountains to the Mediterranean Sea. Accompanying us in the adventure is the legendary Argentinean wine-maker, Roberto de la Mota. A friend and partner, Roberto plays an important role in all the major decisions of Allegria’s future.

Mota, einer der größten Önologen Argentiniens, und die Familie d’Aboville mit ihren 5 Kindern.
Das 9 Hektar große Weingut wird zur Zeit auf ökologischen Anbau umgestellt.
Wir haben Allegria 2008 in der Absicht gegründet, elegante, wohlschmeckende Weine zu erzeugen.
